Well, the last few days were pretty uneventful.. I only dropped another pound ending up at 238.. Don’t get me wrong I’m very happy about losing 12 pounds in nine days. But I got excited about dropping 20 pounds fast.

Day 8 began with a weigh-in of 239 pounds.. the same as Day 7, which is to be expected sometimes with rapid weight loss.
And I have to confess to a slight loss of willpower as today was a Cleanse day, and I ended up eating another small salad..with grilled chicken.
