Day 8 - Slight Loss of Willpower

Day 8 began with a weigh-in of 239 pounds.. the same as Day 7, which is to be expected sometimes with rapid weight loss.
And I have to confess to a slight loss of willpower as today was a Cleanse day, and I ended up eating another small salad..with grilled chicken.
