Day 9 - The Final Day of the Cleanse

Well, the last few days were pretty uneventful.. I only dropped another pound ending up at 238.. Don’t get me wrong I’m very happy about losing 12 pounds in nine days. But I got excited about dropping 20 pounds fast.
I will confess that I didn’t follow the diet 100% strictly.. [...]
