Day 7 - This Diet is Unbelievable.

I started last Tuesday morning at 250 pounds and I weighed in at 239 this morning. 11 Pounds lost.

Felt really good today, almost forgot to eat or snack, had a small garden salad for dinner.. I’m supposed to drink nothing but the juice the last two days, I’ll see how that goes..

I feel pretty confident I can keep a low calorie diet going after the nine days are up. I really want to break 220 this month and settle at around 210-215.. Then use exercise and low cal diet to maintain.

In my opinion the absolute best thing about the Isagenix Plan is that it gets you in the right mindset to lose weight.. A clear initial timeframe to stick to which allows you to rapidly lose weight, eliminate cravings and see results.
